Speaker: Lindsay de Wal

Lindsay de Wal, a trained humanist counsellor and pastoral carer, brings a wealth of experience and accreditation in the field. Notably, she made headlines as the first UK- based appointed head of chaplaincy as a humanist. Currently serving as the head of chaplaincy at an NHS Trust and manager of the Non-Religious Pastoral Support Network (NRPSN), Lindsay’s expertise extends to training, supervision, and her ongoing PhD studies on humanists in faith-based healthcare chaplaincy teams. Join her session for insights on the use of storytelling in providing pastoral support. Connect with Lindsay on Twitter at @lindsayvandijk.
